About The Position

The Little Gym of Asheville is seeking fun, outgoing, and talented individuals to lead and assist with amazing Birthday Parties and special events. This role involves creating a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the community by building confidence, self-esteem, and independence in children. The position offers a dynamic work environment where you'll be active all day, dress in athleisure wear, and have the opportunity to earn tips. The Little Gym is a global leader in children's enrichment and physical development, utilizing movement-based learning and imaginative play for over 40 years.

Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
Enjoy making others feel good.
Good with kids and their parents.
Ability to have fun but also buckle down and do work.
Recent high school grad or college student looking for weekend hours.
