About The Position

The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department. This role serves as the 'First Point of Contact' for Urban Air, working with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for various events. Responsibilities include training party staff members and managing birthday operations.

Requirements

Full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is a must.

Ability to work hand-in-hand with the rest of the Leadership Team.
Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.

Manage the entire birthday party department.
Serve as the 'First Point of Contact' for Urban Air.
Work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group.
Train party staff members.
Manage birthday operations.
Ensure the party management system is followed.
Exceed guest expectations, particularly mothers.
Support the team.
Strive for 100% 'Guest Satisfaction'.
Represent Urban Air with fun and energy, promoting attractions and events.
Sell amazing party packages.
Follow up with guests to ensure expectations were exceeded.
Work with the Leadership Team to drive financial results.
Ensure a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
Address other duties as assigned, meeting needs, sharing ideas, and assisting team members.
