About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Puller/Runner at Park Place Bodywerks helps provide an extraordinary client experience by pulling and distributing parts orders to technicians. The role also supports inventory accuracy, warranty-part organization, warehouse upkeep, and adherence to client-service and information-security policies. The employee must be able to drive and operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Pull and deliver all parts requested by technicians.
Gather and organize warranty parts from technicians.
Restock unused parts into inventory.
Restock consignment bins.
Report inventory discrepancies to the Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager.
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
Understand and use the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to achieve client satisfaction.
Understand and follow Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies.
Attend weekly department meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
