About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Puller/Runner at Park Place Bodywerks in Plano, Texas, helps provide an extraordinary client experience by pulling and distributing parts orders to technicians. The role also supports warehouse inventory organization and upkeep, follows client-resolution and information-security procedures, and participates in department meetings. Responsibilities

• Pull and deliver all parts requested by technicians.
• Gather and organize warranty parts from technicians.
• Restock unused parts into inventory.
• Restock consignment bins.
• Report inventory discrepancies to the Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Know and follow the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to help achieve client satisfaction.
• Understand and adhere to Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies.
• Attend weekly department meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
