About The Position

Team One CDJR of Gadsden is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist. The role requires extensive knowledge of automotive parts and accessories and the ability to accurately answer questions and meet customer needs in person or by phone. The specialist locates parts in current inventory or through other sources, such as the internet, vendors, and other dealerships, and arranges for delivery and installation. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and prior experience with automotive parts and accessories, along with strong customer service, organizational, phone, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Locate accessories or parts and arrange for installation.
• Monitor parts inventory and maintain the storage area in good condition.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
