About The Position
The Parts Ship/Rec Clerk handles parts shipping, receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, returns, recordkeeping, and incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians. The role also supports year-end processing and reporting and helps maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Less than 2 years of related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pull, ship, and receive orders.
- Put up stock and press forklift tires.
- Conduct cycle counts of stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
- Process inbound and outbound parts returns.
- Assist with year-end processing and reporting.
- Maintain records and files, and keep the work environment clean and safe.
- Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
