About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring a Parts Ship/Rec Clerk for branch operations. The role handles parts and stockroom activity, inventory control, returns, records, and incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians. The clerk also helps with year-end processing and reporting and maintains a clean, safe working environment. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, less than two years of related experience, the ability to safely operate lift trucks, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Preferred qualifications include strong written and verbal communication and customer care skills, Microsoft Office experience, and mechanical aptitude. Requirements

Less than 2 years of related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Responsibilities

Pull orders; ship, receive, and put away stock; and press forklift tires.
Control inventory, including cycle counts of the stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
Process inbound and outbound parts returns.
Assist with year-end processing and reporting.
Maintain records and files and keep the work environment clean and safe.
Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
