About The Position

The Parts Ship/Rec Clerk handles parts shipping and receiving, inventory, returns, recordkeeping, and incoming parts calls. The position also includes pressing forklift tires and helping maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Pull, ship, receive, and put up stock, and press forklift tires.
• Control inventory, including cycle counts of the stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
• Process inbound and outbound parts returns.
• Assist with year-end processing and reporting.
• Maintain records and files, and keep the work environment clean and safe.
• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
