About The Position

Allegiance Trucks is hiring a Parts Sales Representative for its front counter. The role supports customers and internal departments by handling parts requests, locating and advising on parts, checking backorders, and helping maintain inventory control. The representative communicates with the Parts Manager and Service Department, provides solutions for customer needs, and assists with other projects as needed. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of heavy truck/auto parts or shop experience.
Customer service skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Handle parts order requests by telephone, email, or in person.
Use manufacturer and vendor catalogs to locate parts for internal and external customers.
Advise customers on related parts.
Follow up on backordered parts and contact customers with status updates.
Ensure inventory control practices are followed.
Communicate inventory issues to the Parts Manager.
Communicate with the Service Department regarding parts availability and pricing.
Provide solutions for customer needs.
Assist with other projects as needed.
