About The Position

The Parts Sales Rep I promotes superior service to internal and external customers by identifying the correct parts and ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. The role is based in an active parts warehouse and distribution environment and includes customer support, inventory work, hydraulic hose assembly, and helping customers load orders. Weekend and after-hours work may be needed, and travel is required for training or to assist at other locations.

Requirements

• Parts knowledge.
• Computer knowledge.
• Customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Answer customer questions or seek resolution to questions or concerns.
• Help load orders into vehicles by hand, forklift, and hand trucks.
• Keep customers up to date on order status.
• Disassemble and assemble hydraulic hoses.
• Participate in weekend work schedules and after-hours work as needed.
• Audit and inventory parts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Travel for training or to assist at other locations.
