Parts Sales Rep I
About The Position
The Parts Sales Rep I promotes superior service to internal and external customers by identifying the correct parts and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The role is based in an active parts warehouse and distribution environment and involves customer support, parts handling, inventory work, and hydraulic hose assembly and disassembly. Travel may be required for training or to assist at other locations. Weekend work schedules and after-hours work may also be required. Foley Industries is a family-owned company serving customers in Kansas and Western Missouri. It has more than 1,000 employees and provides parts, rentals, sales support, construction equipment, power generation solutions, and construction technology.
Requirements
- Parts knowledge.
- Computer knowledge.
- Customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for business purposes.

- Experience in the industries Foley supports.
- Exceptional knowledge of a Parts Department.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Answer customer questions or find resolutions to questions and concerns.
- Help load orders into vehicles by hand, forklift, and hand trucks.
- Keep customers updated on order status.
- Disassemble and assemble hydraulic hoses.
- Participate in weekend work schedules and perform after-hours work as needed.
- Audit and inventory parts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Travel for training or to assist at other locations as required.
