About The Position

JX Enterprises is hiring an entry-level Parts Counter Representative in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The role supports customer service and parts operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The representative greets customers in person and by phone, learns retail order fulfillment, billing, inventory returns, company business systems and E-Portal programs, and helps mechanics locate parts. The position also performs basic physical inventory tasks under supervision and other duties assigned to support business needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level position requiring zero years of experience.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Frequently bend, squat, kneel, crawl or lie on the back; reach away from the body or above shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; and work around fumes or airborne particles and vibration.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone and respond to basic inquiries.
• Learn and assist with retail order fulfillment, billing, and inventory returns.
• Learn basic navigation of company business systems and E-Portal programs.
• Support mechanics by locating parts in inventory.
• Perform basic physical inventory functions under supervision.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
