About The Position

Pape’ Kenworth is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-oriented Parts Sales Counterperson II to join their team. In this role, you will be the go-to parts expert for customers maintaining and repairing class 7 & 8 diesel trucks. You will actively engage with customers to identify their needs, provide recommendations, and identify complex or uncommon parts using product literature, specialized software, and expert knowledge. The role requires translating technical details into actionable parts support to build trust and lasting relationships with clients. Requirements

  • 3 or more years of parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of parts inventory.
  • Self-motivation and assertive drive.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.
  • Above-average organizational skills.
