About The Position

Assisting our customers (internal/external) in selecting needed parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant, professional and timely manner Provide price quotes and any other information as requested by the customer. Pull/fill orders from stock as well as helping with shipping, receiving and running parts as needed. Provide a high level of service to all our customers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
Must have strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Must be proficient with computers.
Must have a valid driver license.

Nice To Haves

Prior auto parts sales experience
