About The Position

The Parts Room Attendant oversees inventory control in the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. The role supports parts room team members and helps ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Duties include maintaining inventory records in the system, organizing parts in designated bins with appropriate minimum and maximum levels, and managing storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months or more of experience in maintenance or a parts room preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and suppliers.
• Ability to read and write and possess basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing 50 or more pounds.
