About The Position

The Parts Room Attendant 4 oversees inventory control in the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. The role supports parts-room team members and ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time. It maintains inventory records in the system, organizes parts in designated bins with appropriate minimum and maximum levels, and manages storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent. Other assigned duties may be required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months or more of experience in maintenance or a parts room preferred.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and suppliers.
Ability to read and write and possess basic math skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing 50 or more pounds.
Internal candidates must have no written warnings within the previous six months and fewer than five attendance points.
