About The Position

This role oversees inventory control in the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. It also supports team members in the parts room and ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time. The position maintains inventory records in the system, organizes parts in designated bins with appropriate minimum and maximum levels, and manages storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent. Other assigned tasks may be required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months or more of experience in maintenance or a parts room preferred.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and suppliers.
Ability to read and write and perform basic math.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing 50 or more pounds.
Internal candidates must have no written warnings within the previous six months and must not have five or more attendance points.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
