About The Position

The Parts Room Attendant oversees inventory control in the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. The role supports team members in the parts room and ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time. It maintains inventory records in the system, organizes parts in designated bins with appropriate minimum and maximum levels, and manages storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months or more of maintenance or parts room experience preferred.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and suppliers.
Ability to read and write and perform basic math.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing 50 or more pounds.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
