About The Position

Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Parts Representative. This role involves taking parts orders, providing technical assistance, identifying and packaging parts for shipment, and ordering parts from vendors. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• 40-60 wpm preferred
• Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures
• Handle customer service by phone or in person
• RV Technical knowledge is preferred, willingness to learn is required
• Must be able to read and use a measuring tape
• Previous power tool experience is beneficial
• Ability to lift, or assist in lifting, packages up to 60 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operating experience is a plus
• Ability to construct wood crates using power nail gun and saws is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take parts orders from clients through phone and email correspondences
• Provide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when needed
• Identify and package parts for shipment via UPS or freight truck
• Pull parts from production plant
• Order parts on computer for vendors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
