About The Position
Fenix Parts is hiring Parts Pullers to safely disassemble vehicles and retrieve automotive parts. The role involves hands-on, active work outdoors year-round, using hand and power tools to remove and prepare parts for shipping. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends. Compensation is described as competitive and performance-based. Fenix Parts is a nationwide recycled OEM auto parts company with more than 35 locations and over 100 years of combined industry experience, offering opportunities to advance.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must have basic personal tools and be willing to expand their toolkit.

Responsibilities
- Safely remove automotive parts, including doors, fenders, seats, and dashboards.
- Use hand and power tools to disassemble vehicles and retrieve parts.
- Tag, label, and document pulled parts.
- Move parts to staging areas and prepare them for shipping.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
