About The Position

Fenix Parts is hiring Parts Pullers to remove and retrieve automotive parts at a nationwide recycled OEM auto parts company. The role involves active, hands-on work outdoors year-round, using hand and power tools to disassemble vehicles, identify and document parts, and prepare them for shipping. The job offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and opportunities to advance across the company’s 35+ locations. Compensation is described as competitive and performance-based.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must have basic personal tools and be willing to grow their toolkit.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove automotive parts such as doors, fenders, seats, and dashboards.
