About The Position

Sanco Equipment is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead its parts department in Rochester, Minnesota. The role involves overseeing daily department operations, inventory, purchasing, receiving, stocking, returns, and departmental performance. The Parts Manager will improve processes, increase efficiency and customer satisfaction, grow parts sales, strengthen customer relationships, and coordinate with the sales, service, and rental departments to ensure parts availability. The role also includes developing employees and promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in parts management or a related equipment dealership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience managing inventory, budgets, and departmental performance.
Comfort working with dealership management systems and technology.
A hands-on, organized, dependable approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction or agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities
