About The Position

Parts & Inventory Coordinator Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, processing service documentation, and ensuring parts are properly stocked and organized. This position plays a key role in supporting both the parts and service departments through strong administrative and inventory control practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in parts, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience performing inventory counts and cycle counts.
Proficiency with data entry and computer software systems.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move parts and materials as required.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical or equipment industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain inventory levels for parts and supplies.
Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Receive, verify, and process incoming parts shipments.
Organize and maintain parts storage areas for efficiency and accuracy.
Enter inventory, purchasing, and parts information into company software systems.
Create, process, and maintain service work orders and service tickets.
Assist technicians and service personnel with parts requests and availability.
Research and source parts when necessary.
Monitor inventory discrepancies and investigate variances.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to parts and service activities.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
