About The Position

New England Coffee is one of the largest independent Coffee Roasters in the Northeast. Located in Malden, MA, we not only service our community with the best coffee around but our coffee can be found in retail store locations around the country.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Positive, customer service attitude and a team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft platforms (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams)

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of two years of warehouse experience working on coffee, tea and beverage equipment or related field preferred
• Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or ERP systems preferred
• Forklift experience (recommended but training offered)

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate inventory levels and performs stock checks & cycle counts.
• Completes year-end inventory counts, and cycle counting as needed.
• Identify, locate, and provide parts to technicians or customers.
• Place orders with vendors, track shipments, and process special orders for parts and equipment.
• Use D365 & Power BI Reports to view and update safety stocks and pricing.
• Serves as the back-up to primary Shipping & Receiving, which includes processing incoming inventory and preparing outgoing shipments or returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs
