About The Position

The Parts Delivery Driver picks up and delivers parts and equipment for the dealership, including deliveries to guests, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors. The role also supports the parts department with inventory and stocking, maintains the delivery vehicle and required records, and helps maintain a professional department appearance. The driver is expected to maintain a professional appearance and high ethical standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts, including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentages.
• Ability to coordinate activities with other employees.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record that is maintained.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of one year of parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to guests, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Maintain an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups.
• Unload the truck daily and submit required paperwork.
• Perform basic truck maintenance, including filling the gas tank, checking oil, keeping the truck clean, and ensuring required inspections are performed.
• Assist the parts department with inventory and stocking as needed.
• Perform other administrative functions as directed by management.
• Help maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high ethical standards.
