The role presents and structures financing and protection options, secures financing approvals, completes compliant purchase documentation, and works with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience. Requirements

• Previous automotive F&I experience.
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Present financing and vehicle protection options suited to each customer's needs.
• Structure, contract, and finalize vehicle purchases.
• Secure financing approvals through lending partners.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Generate finance and product sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of lender programs, leasing, balloon financing, and available rate options.
• Offer vehicle service contracts, GAP, Credit Life, Accident & Health, and other protection products.
• Process cancellations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Partner with the sales team to create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
