About The Position
Germain Automotive Partnership is adding a Finance & Insurance Manager at Mazda West as a new position created by store expansion. The role is for a proven automotive finance professional who can represent a respected brand and deliver a seamless, refined customer experience from the showroom through the finance office. The manager is expected to perform at a high level in production, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while helping the growing team maintain professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Strong track record of performance, profitability, and product penetration.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Deep understanding of automotive lending, deal structure, and finance regulations.
- Strong professionalism, leadership, and communication skills, with the polish to serve a luxury clientele.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver strong finance performance while providing a luxury-level customer experience.
- Present and secure financing, protection products, and aftermarket offerings with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain lender relationships and ensure compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) accurately, urgently, and accountably.
- Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) standards in line with Lexus expectations.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Help build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement as the team grows.
