About The Position

International Autos Group is seeking multiple Parts Counterpersons to support its busy service shop and outside parts sales. The group is growing and seeks team players who can help maintain service to customers and technicians. The company is family owned and operated and describes a track record of promoting employees internally.

The Parts Counterperson oversees parts sales, helps locate unavailable inventory, processes special orders, and communicates with customers about parts status. The role also involves professional communication, adherence to safety policies, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with auto parts sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with the parts manager to locate parts that are not in stock.
• Complete special-order part requests for customers.
• Communicate with customers about parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.
