About The Position

Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park is hiring a Parts Counterperson to support its busy shop and outside parts sales. The dealership is growing and seeks a team player who can help provide excellent service to customers and technicians. The role is part of International Autos Group, a family-owned dealership group that emphasizes employee growth and internal promotion.

The Parts Counterperson oversees parts sales from start to finish, helps locate parts that are not in stock, processes special-order requests, and communicates parts status to customers. The position also requires friendly, professional communication and compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.

• Experience with auto parts sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with the parts manager to locate parts that are not in stock.
• Complete special-order part requests for customers.
• Communicate parts status to customers.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
