About The Position
Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park is seeking a Parts Counterperson to support its busy service shop and outside parts sales. The dealership is growing and needs someone to help provide service to customers and technicians. The role is with International Autos Group, a family-owned dealership group that says it supports employee growth and internal promotion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with auto parts sales.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Work with the parts manager to locate parts that are not in stock.
- Complete special-order part requests for customers.
- Communicate parts status to customers.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow applicable federal, state, and local industry regulations.
