About The Position
Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join its team. The role oversees the parts sales process from start to finish, helps locate parts that are not in stock, completes special-order requests, and communicates parts status to customers. The Parts Counterperson is expected to interact with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner and comply with company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Lia Auto Group is an automotive group established in 1977, with 21 dealerships across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts and more than 1,500 staff members. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with auto parts sales is preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Professional personal appearance, a positive attitude, and a customer service mentality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
