About The Position
Join the parts department as a Parts Counter Specialist and help customers with their automotive needs. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service by providing the right parts on time and accurately. It offers paid training and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work with and learn from experienced parts staff. The position is full-time and includes occasional Saturday work.
Requirements
- A safety-minded attitude.
- Thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
- Self-motivated team player able to work without supervision.

- Basic computer knowledge to use web-based sales tools, catalogs, and shipping software.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive and/or parts experience is preferred, though training is available for candidates willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide technicians with the correct parts to maximize their efficiency.
- Assist external customers in person and by phone.
- Pull parts orders for daily shipments, deliveries, or pick-ups.
- Monitor parts inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Work with customers on special-order parts.
