About The Position

Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan is hiring a full-time Parts Counter Person to support dealership technicians, service advisors, retail customers, and wholesale accounts. The role involves identifying, ordering, and selling genuine OEM automotive parts using manufacturer-specific electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems. The successful candidate will ensure parts are identified, sourced, and delivered accurately and efficiently, while maintaining inventory control and providing exceptional customer service in a busy dealership environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dealership parts counterperson or experience as an OEM parts employee.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in inventory control and management processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

• Strong OEM parts knowledge.
• Sales experience, particularly in retail settings.
