About The Position

Requirements

• Basic computer experience is required.
• Must understand automotive service and repair procedures.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
• Tekion or CDK experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Obtain vehicle information to provide accurate estimates.
• Prepare repair orders.
• Explain services and associated costs.
• Follow up with customers regarding their service visits.
• Handle customer complaints politely and understandingly.
• Update customers on the status of their vehicle repair.
• Generate additional sales revenue through sales presentations.
