About The Position

Tucson Subaru is hiring a Parts Counter Salesperson to assist retail and wholesale customers, support the service department, manage parts inquiries, and help maintain an efficient parts operation. The role involves helping customers and technicians identify and obtain the right parts quickly and accurately in a fast-paced dealership environment. Requirements

Previous automotive parts experience is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer and inventory management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and service technicians with parts identification and sales.
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Answer incoming calls and respond to parts inquiries.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.
Promote additional products and services when appropriate.
Provide excellent service to support customer satisfaction.
Work with service advisors and technicians to meet customer needs.
