About The Position

Tucson Subaru is seeking a BDC Representative for immediate hire to support its sales and service teams. The role primarily involves answering calls, assisting customers with inquiries, updating customer information, and helping customers with service, sales, and parts needs. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent phone etiquette, and a passion for customer service.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous reception or call-center experience.
• Previous automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct inbound calls.
• Assist customers with service, sales, or parts inquiries and provide updates.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer information.
• Assist with follow-ups, customer outreach, and database management.
• Support other departments as needed.
