About The Position
Be the critical link between the collision repair team and the parts department in a fast-paced, high-quality body shop environment. As a Body Shop Parts Puller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring technicians have the right parts at the right time, supporting efficient repairs and helping deliver vehicles back to customers quickly and accurately. Jim Click Eastside Body Shop is looking for reliable individuals who thrive in a team environment, can manage multiple tasks, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. This role provides consistent work and opportunities to grow within the parts, body shop, or dealership operations teams.
Requirements
- Previous automotive parts, warehouse, or body shop experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems (preferred)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move parts and materials as needed
- Dependable, punctual, and team oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and ability to move vehicles as needed
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities
- Review repair orders and parts lists to identify required components for each job
- Pull, stage, and deliver correct parts to technicians in a timely manner
- Organize parts by repair order to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Verify parts received against orders for accuracy and damage
- Coordinate with the parts department to track backorders and special orders
- Assist with returns, core processing, and warranty parts as needed
- Maintain clean, organized parts storage and staging areas
- Communicate with technicians and estimators regarding parts status and needs
- Label and track parts for multiple repair jobs simultaneously
- Follow all dealership policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures
