Requirements
- Previous facilities maintenance or general repair experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of dealership buildings and grounds
- Complete general repairs including plumbing, electrical, lighting, and basic HVAC troubleshooting
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of service areas, showroom, and exterior spaces
- Address work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain equipment such as lifts, compressors, and shop tools
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership procedures
- Assist with facility improvements, projects, and preventative maintenance schedules
