Requirements

  • 2+ years of warranty administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with departments
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation, coding, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Verify labor operations, parts usage, and technician comments for accuracy
  • Track, reconcile, and follow up on outstanding or rejected claims
  • Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers regarding claim details and corrections
  • Maintain organized records of all warranty documentation and correspondence
  • Monitor warranty receivables and ensure prompt payment processing
  • Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies and procedural changes
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Support the service department with administrative tasks as needed
