About The Position

McGrath Powersports is hiring a full-time Parts Counter Associate in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role supports retail customers and the service department by helping select and order parts, managing inventory, and keeping the parts counter and storage area organized. The work is performed indoors in a retail/parts department and involves frequent customer and coworker communication in an active, fast-paced environment.

The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday and starts at $15 per hour plus commission. Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts selection and recommendations.
• Provide accurate pricing, product information, and order details.
• Pull, fill, and stage parts orders to support the service department.
• Communicate with service technicians and advisors about parts availability.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and storage area.
• Support team members and adapt to daily operational needs.
