About The Position

Marion Subaru is seeking a knowledgeable, professional, and energetic Auto Parts Counter Associate with some vehicle mechanical background. The role assists customers at the Parts Counter and Retail Store, handles incoming calls and parts orders, supports inventory, and works with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Sales. This is a part-time position scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with Sunday and Monday off. Hourly pay is $16.00–$18.00, based on experience.

Requirements

• Some vehicle mechanical background.
• Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, software platforms, and basic computer navigation.
• Ability to work with or learn digital auto parts cataloging and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work Saturday.
• Excellent attendance, including arriving on time.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, move parts, and drive.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, take customer calls, and fulfill parts requests.
• Provide parts and pricing information to service technicians, service advisors, and customers.
• Assist with inventory control by checking in, stocking, and distributing parts.
• Help maintain the appearance and organization of inventory storage areas.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Service and/or Parts Manager.
