About The Position

McGrath Powersports is hiring a Parts Counter Associate in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role supports customers and the service department by assisting with parts selection, pricing, product information, and orders. It also involves receiving and organizing inventory and maintaining the parts counter and storage area. The position is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, with starting pay of $15 per hour plus commission. Work is indoors in a retail/parts department.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts selection and recommendations.
• Provide accurate pricing, product information, and order details.
• Pull, fill, and stage parts orders for the service department.
• Communicate with service technicians and advisors about parts availability.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and storage area.
• Support team members and adapt to daily operational needs.
