The role welcomes customers, fulfills parts orders for customers and the service department, maintains accurate inventory and warehousing standards, and collaborates with teammates at the Corporate Office. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Detail-oriented and self-driven.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for most of the day.
- Committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
- Able to solve problems in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to multitask.
- Proficient with computer technology.
- Naturally organized.
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Schedule may include overtime and a rotating Saturday schedule.

- Knowledge of agriculture and construction equipment parts.
Responsibilities
- Procure and fulfill orders for customers and the service department.
- Organize the stocking and receiving of a variety of machinery parts.
- Become proficient in online supplier parts systems to look up and order parts.
- Build knowledge of existing product lines and service standards.
- Assist in collecting data needed for efficient inventory management.
- Maintain positive working relationships with the service and sales departments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Recognize difficult customer situations and determine when to involve others in resolving them.
- Prioritize warehouse management, including bin locations and incoming and outgoing freight.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of computer-based spreadsheets, databases, and word-processing software.
- Work within and promote Butler Machinery's mission and values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
