About The Position

M.E.S.O., Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to support construction and industrial equipment customers across the Southeast. The role focuses on sourcing, ordering, and managing parts inventory; helping customers identify and obtain the parts they need; and coordinating with technicians, service teams, vendors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction equipment and/or automotive parts experience and is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and committed to customer service and safety.

Requirements

Parts experience in the construction equipment and/or automotive industry.
Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong teamwork, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority.
High school diploma.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts.
Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email to identify and fulfill parts needs.
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change.
Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs.
Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items.
Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to support competitive pricing and availability.
Provide safe, superior customer service in every interaction.
Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
