Parts Assistant

About The Position
Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Assistant to support collision repair operations. The role receives and checks in parts, verifies delivered items against repair orders, inspects deliveries for damage, coordinates with vendors about parts status, returns incorrect parts, and ensures parts invoices are posted accurately in the company's estimating platform.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Receive delivered parts and match them to repair orders.
- Ensure all parts are placed on the parts cart and accounted for.
- Inspect delivered parts for damage.
- Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
- Communicate regularly with vendors about parts status.
- Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions' estimating platform and make corrections as necessary.
