About The Position

Heritage Mazda of Bel Air, part of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring a Parts Advisor/Parts Counterperson for its high-volume automotive dealership parts department. The role assists customers and internal teams with parts inquiries, communicates estimated shipping and arrival times, supports technical parts questions, records transactions in the Dealer Management System, manages a high volume of work, and meets daily metric goals. The listed salary range is $31,200 to $70,000.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealer Management System, and/or Point of Sales (POS) systems.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and internal teams with parts-related questions in person, by email, and by phone.
• Communicate estimated parts shipping and arrival times and support technical parts questions.
• Accurately record parts transactions and data in the Dealer Management System.
• Prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain daily metric goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
