About The Position
Heritage Mazda Towson is hiring Sales Associates at all experience levels. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; the dealership provides industry-leading training with automotive trainers. The role offers competitive compensation with unlimited earning potential, a five-day work week with no Sundays, professional training and mentoring, a positive team environment, and a stated career path from Sales Associate to Internet Sales Manager, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and General Manager. The dealership has a large, high-volume inventory and provides CRM, inventory management, and internet sales tools. Requirements
- Be a self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Have sales or related commission-based experience in retail or hospitality.
- Have excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Accurately present and demonstrate the features and benefits of dealership vehicles.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through email, phone, internet requests, and other lead sources.
- Present pricing options and negotiate pricing.
- Provide a high level of customer service before and after the sale.
- Conduct business ethically and professionally.
- Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
