About The Position

Heritage Mazda Towson is hiring Sales Associates at all experience levels. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; the dealership provides training with automotive trainers. Associates work with dealership vehicles and prospective customers, support customers throughout the sales process, and continue developing their product knowledge. The role offers a five-day work week with Sundays off, a stated salary range of $31,200 to $100,000, and a potential career path from Sales Associate through Internet Sales Manager, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and General Manager. The dealership describes its environment as a positive, success-driven team and provides professional training and mentoring. The position uses CRM, inventory management, and internet sales tools. Requirements

Sales or related commission-based experience in retail or hospitality.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.

Develop and maintain client relationships through email, phone, internet requests, and other lead sources.
