About The Position

Brandt has an opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our Pakenham team. As a Front Counter Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering the premium customer experience Brandt/John Deere is known for. Working in a fast-paced agricultural dealership, you will support customers and service technicians by providing accurate parts advice for John Deere machinery and related equipment.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to interpret technical diagrams and parts information
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a busy dealership environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
Confident using computer systems and electronic parts catalogues

Nice To Haves

Experience in parts interpretation or familiarity with John Deere equipment (highly regarded)

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional front counter service to retail, trade, and internal customers
Interpreting parts requirements for John Deere agricultural, turf, and construction equipment
Assisting workshop technicians with timely and accurate parts supply
Processing parts sales, invoices, and customer orders
Using John Deere parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify and source parts
Managing inventory levels, including stock ordering, bin maintenance, and adjustments
Receiving, checking, and storing incoming parts and materials
Locating, picking, and dispatching parts to customers and other branches
Maintaining accurate records for inventory, sales, and transactions
Contributing to a safe, organised, and efficient parts department
Other duties as required
