About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Requirements

Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
Experience in retail sales, demonstrating a solid understanding of customer service principles.
Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and customers.
Proficiency with cash register operations and handling financial transactions accurately.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel and Windows-based computer systems

Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases and will be considered in pay negotiations.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
Process transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
Maintain organized stock levels and ensure the sales floor is well-presented and stocked.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate terms of sale when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company goals.
Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
Assist in order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Utilize DMS (Dealer Management System) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
